Fees

I am happy to provide a free 15 minute consultation to anyone interested in discussing the possibility of services. (contact here)

The cost of a 55 minute therapy session is $175

Insurance

I feel it is important for services to be as accessible as possible and therefore am able to accept most insurances (see list below).

If you do not find your insurance listed here, I may be able to meet with you as an out-of-network provider if your insurance company offers mental health coverage. If that is the case, I am happy to provide you with am invoice receipt after each paid visit (the paperwork, referred to as a Superbill, is for you to then take to your insurance carrier for partial reimbursement).

I am currently an approved in-network provider for (and therefore ACCEPT) the following:

Location

Services are being provided exclusively by telehealth video at this time. This practice is based in Seattle, WA and I am able to meet with anyone residing in the state of Washington.
